More About Me

Emily's love of Austin was apparent from the first time she visited the University of Texas campus 21 years ago; She quickly enrolled, leaving behind Northern California and putting down Texas roots. Choosing to remain in the capitol city after college, Emily took a position as the deputy fundraiser for the Kinky Friedman for Governor campaign. Despite the excitement of a historic campaign trail, she jumped at an opportunity to start a career in downtown real estate as a sales agent for The Shore Condominiums in early 2006. Learning firsthand how difficult it can be to close contracts through a declining market, Emily realized how fulfilling it was to welcome people into their new homes, particularly after overcoming the challenges that an economic downturn creates.

Her market insight and depth of understanding regarding the closing process made her a natural choice for the Four Seasons Residences team. Working as the closing coordinator, and ultimately the lead sales agent, she was actively involved in every transaction for four years through the final closing in 2013.

Joining Den allowed for Emily’s scope of experience to expand at Austin Proper Hotel & Residences, where the team represented the most exclusive project in downtown. A highly collaborative environment provided opportunities to contribute and consult on every aspect of the marketing program, in addition to the contracts on 98 luxury homes.

Between downtown projects, Emily enjoys representing buyers and sellers throughout Austin. Her interests outside of real estate include reading, fitness, and being outside with her husband & three children.
